Affiliate Terms and Conditions
1) We will pay you a $10 USD commission on all Magicz Hosting accounts signed up through your website using your affiliate link.
2) Commission cheques will be issued in US dollars, UK Pounds Sterling or New Zealand Dollars - depending your location. Commission notifications and cheques will be issued approximately on the last day of every month for the whole of the previous month's total orders, where your total for that month is at least $50 USD, otherwise your monthly total will be carried over to the next month until your commission due reaches at least $50.
3) We provide instant commission reporting via your private Affiliate Control Panel. This means that commission pages are updated at the same time we complete the processing of orders.
4) There is no charge to become a Magicz Affiliate, and no processing fees or other fees are withheld from your commission.
5) We offer all customers a 30 day money back guarantee on our hosting accounts. Therefore, if a customer is issued a refund then this hosting amount will be removed from your commission amount due.
6) You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes in your own country from your commission earnings.
6) You must understand that affiliates may not be resellers of Magicz, and may not make self-referrals for a commission.
7) We will not tolerate spamming of any kind. The website URL provided to you may be used to promote the Magicz service anywhere you see fit, but the use of unsolicited email, bulk email, or posting to newsgroups that don't allow advertising, or postings that are in breach of Usenet rules, will be considered as spamming. Any affiliate who spams using our name or web address (URL) will have their affiliate account cancelled with immediate effect and any commissions due at the time will not be paid. We will also charge the offending affiliate the total sum of $500 USD for the spamming incident. Spamming causes damage to reputations and Internet accounts, so please don't do it.
If you plan to promote or advertise our service and you are unsure if your promotion methods would be considered as spam, please ask us in advance.
8) We reserve the right to change any of these terms and conditions at any time.
9) By submitting your affiliate details on our signup page, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
