1. How does the Affiliate Program work?
   Signup for the Affiliate Program and send customers to our website. You earn $10 USD commission on each web hosting account sold to customers linking from your site.
   
   
2. How do I get started?
   You first apply for the affiliate program by submitting the Affiliate Application form. Once you're approved, you will receive a confirmation email detailing how to get started. Then all you have to do is place your links into your web site and start earning commission.
   
   
3. How do you track my referrals?
   We use cookies to track your sales and referrals. Specifically, your ID in the HTML code on your banner is used during the sales order process and is the only way we can track purchases.
   
   
4. Do affiliate members have to have a hosting account with Magicz?
   No, affiliates are not required to have a hosting account with us.
   
   
5. Can international clients join affiliate program?
   Yes! We welcome all affiliate members, including those who live internationally. Affiliate members who do not live in NZ or USA will be paid by cheques, with the currency in Pounds Sterling.
   
   
6. How much does it cost to join?
   Getting started is EASY and FREE. There are no hidden fees or costs to join and participate! Simply fill in the Affiliate Application form and wait for your confirmation email.
   
   
7. Where do I get banners?
   Enter the Affiliate Control Panel and choose from a variety of banners, text links and logos. You will be given the HTML code that includes your tracking ID to use for your website. All you have to do is copy the code and paste it into your own HTML pages.
   If you wish to use your own banners, you must submit them for approval by contacting affiliates@magicz.com.
   
   
8. How much do I get paid?
   Our commissions are scalable by the number of customers you send to us. For each customer you refer to us, we will credit your affiliate account to the amount of $10 USD. The more you refer, the more you earn!
   
   
9. How will I receive payments?
   We pay our affiliates on a monthly basis by cheque, when revenues exceed $50. You may use your affiliate credit to pay for your Magicz hosting account if you wish.
   
   
10. When do I receive payment?
    Affiliate payments are credited once a referred customer has hosted with us for 30 days.
    
    
11. Can I receive commissions for referring my own purchases?
    No, self-referrals are not eligible for commissions.
    
    
12. What products qualify for commissions?
    All web hosting packages qualify for commissions.
    
    
13. What if I want to receive recurring payments?
    Magicz is happy to offer our reseller program for customers who want to receive recurring, monthly revenues. For details and additional reseller benefits click here.

15. What if I want to change my affiliate account details?
    If you wish to change your affiliate details such as your mailing address or email address, please send an email to affiliates@magicz.com, including your affiliate ID and the details you wish to change.
    
    
16. Whom do I contact if one of your links is broken?
    Since technical difficulties may occasionally arise, if you encounter a banner or text link that is broken, please notify us at affiliates@magicz.com. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
    
    
17. Can I join both the affiliate program and your reseller program?
    No, resellers are not eligible to participate in the Magicz Affiliate Program.
